Here’s Why They’re Great
- Quick and simple. Weekday mornings are always busy, but skipping breakfast isn’t an option. This yogurt bowl comes together in just about 5 minutes and requires minimal prep work.
- Lasting nutrition. You’ll get plenty of protein from this breakfast thanks to the protein powder and the protein naturally present in Greek yogurt. That matters because protein takes time to fully digest, which means this breakfast has staying power.
- Berry-ful goodness. Berries, whether fresh or frozen, are packed with a variety of nutrients that support health. Their bright color indicates the presence of antioxidants which protect against and repair damage done to our cells by free radicals. Frequent consumption of these foods helps ward off certain diseases including cancer and heart disease and also helps calm inflammation.
