We pair the intensely rich, slightly bittersweet flavor of high-quality dark chocolate with a creamy, nutty, and subtly savory almond butter filling.

Directions
Place silicone cupcake liners on a baking sheet.
Add chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and continue to microwave in 30 second increments until chocolate is almost completely melted. Mix until smooth then stir in coconut oil. Pour a bit of chocolate into the bottom of each cavity, just enough to cover the bottom. Tap baking sheet to level the chocolate then refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
Make the filling: Beat the almond butter with powdered sugar and vanilla. Scoop out large rounded teaspoon portions, shaping each into a disk to fit inside the liner and allow for space along the sides. Add to each cup and refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
Assemble the Cups: Pull tray out of the refrigerator. Cover the tops with remaining chocolate (re-warm if necessary to obtain pourable consistency) and garnish with sea salt.
