Our Trail Mix Bark takes all the best parts of your favorite trail mix—salty, sweet, and crunchy—and transforms them into a bark you can take on all your adventures. Made with crunchy peanut butter, peanuts, pretzels, dried cranberries, and puffed grain cereal, it's a perfect treat for on-the-go energy or a quick indulgence.

Ingredients
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 cup puffed brown rice or other whole puffed grain cereal
- 1 cup pretzel twists
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
-
¼ cup Once Again Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 large egg whites
- ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
- Place the peanuts, puffed brown rice, pretzels and cranberries in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered at 50% power (medium) for 30 seconds. Stir and if peanut butter isn’t warmed and melted, microwave for another 30 seconds (this can also be done in a small saucepan over low heat). Pour mixture over peanut mixture, stirring until evenly coated (ingredient will clump, but that’s fine).
- Beat the egg whites together with a fork until frothy then pour over the nut mixture. Stir until everything is coated.
- Spread mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet, using a spatula (or another piece of parchment) to press it into a compact layer on the pan. Bake until firm and edges just begin to turn golden brown, about 18 minutes.
